Huntington Beach Condos in the “Huntington Continental” – Real Estate Market Report

The Huntington Continental townhouse community is located north of Adams and west of Brookhurst and east of Bushard in Huntington Beach, California.  There are 445 units in the complex.   As of October 1st, 2009, the Home Owner’s Association (HOA) is $188 per month.  There are two pools in the complex.  Each unit has a carport.  The one bedrooms are single level and the two and three bedrooms are two stories.  Below is the current market update of what is happening in the complex.  Take a few minutes to explore all Huntington Beach real estate listings for sale including homes and condos.
